Get Connected with Your Purpose

The United Methodist Church believes that everyone is “specially gifted to play a unique and valued role in the body of Christ. No one is without gift or purpose.” In fact, the Bible lists a variety of spiritual gifts that God entrusts with each of us in varying degrees (See Romans 12, Ephesians 4, 1 Corinthians 12–13). As we become aware of our gifts and begin to use them, our lives take on greater purpose and clarity. We begin to find greater meaning in our living. First United Methodist Church wants you to find God’s purpose for your life. Consider these ways of exploring your God-given gifts:
